Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• Correct Conference: The appropriate conference and submission type have been selected.
• Originality: The work is original and not simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
• Length: Abstract: 150–250 words. Full Paper: 3,000–5,000 words (maximum 12 pages).
• Author Details: Names, affiliations, emails, and required ORCID iDs are complete.
• Ethics & AI: Required ethical approval and AI-use declarations have been provided where applicable.
• Author Approval: All authors have reviewed and approved the submission.
