Governance
UF-AALR is committed to transparent, accountable and academically responsible governance across its conferences, scholarly events, research-development activities and international collaborations.
Institutional Scope
UF-AALR organizes physical, virtual and hybrid conferences, symposia, scholarly exchange, research training, capacity-building activities, conference proceedings, academic networking and institutional collaboration.
Academic Governance
Conference chairs, academic committees and reviewers are expected to make academic decisions on the basis of relevance, scholarly quality, originality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance and fit with the event scope. Registration fees, sponsorship or commercial relationships must not determine academic acceptance.
Conflicts of Interest
Committee members and reviewers should disclose material personal, professional, institutional or financial conflicts of interest and withdraw from decisions where impartiality may reasonably be affected.
Partnerships
UF-AALR may collaborate with universities, research institutions, academic organizations, publishers and other partners. Such collaboration does not transfer independent journal editorial authority to UF-AALR.
Publication Independence
Where publication opportunities are offered through United Frontiers Publisher (UFP) or other independent journals/publishers, manuscripts remain subject to the respective venue’s scope, peer review, editorial policies and independent decisions. Conference participation or selection does not guarantee journal publication.
