UNITED FRONTIERS ACADEMY OF ADVANCE LEARNING AND RESEARCH (UF-AALR)
UF-AALR is committed to providing a professional, respectful, inclusive, and academically open environment at all physical, virtual, and hybrid conferences, workshops, meetings, and related activities.
1. Respectful Academic Exchange
Participants are encouraged to engage in open scholarly discussion, constructive criticism, and intellectual debate. Differences in academic, cultural, religious, social, political, or professional perspectives should be discussed respectfully.
2. Religious, Political & Sensitive Topics
UF-AALR recognizes that legitimate academic research may address religion, politics, ethnicity, culture, gender, conflict, human rights, identity, and other sensitive subjects. Such topics are welcome when relevant to scholarly inquiry. Discussion must remain academic, evidence-based, respectful, and relevant to the conference and must not be used to promote hatred, discrimination, intimidation, personal attacks, or hostility toward individuals or communities.
3. Unacceptable Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, intimidation, unwanted sexual conduct, abusive language, deliberate disruption, or discriminatory treatment based on personal characteristics, beliefs, identity, nationality, religion, culture, or background is not acceptable.
4. Professional Presentations & Discussion
Presenters and participants should use appropriate academic language and avoid defamatory, inflammatory, discriminatory, or unnecessarily offensive material. Sensitive content should be presented with appropriate scholarly context. Questions and criticism should address ideas and evidence rather than individuals.
5. Physical, Virtual & Hybrid Events
This Code applies to all official UF-AALR activities, including presentations, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, online chats, networking activities, workshops, social functions, and other conference-related interactions.
6. Reporting Concerns
Participants who experience or observe inappropriate conduct may report the matter in good faith to UF-AALR at contactuf.aalr@gmail.com. Reports will be considered fairly and, where appropriate, confidentially. Retaliation against a person for raising a genuine concern is not acceptable.
7. Action
UF-AALR reserves the right to take proportionate action where serious or repeated violations occur. This may include a warning, moderation or termination of a discussion, removal of inappropriate content, suspension of participation, removal from an event, or restriction from future UF-AALR activities.
Academic Freedom & Responsibility
This Code is intended to support, not restrict, legitimate scholarly debate. Critical examination of controversial or sensitive issues is permitted when conducted in a professional, evidence-based, and respectful academic manner.
