Open Access Policy

UF-AALR supports open and responsible access to scholarly knowledge and encourages the broad dissemination of research, knowledge, and academic outputs arising from its conferences, scholarly activities, and collaborative initiatives.

Where UF-AALR publishes or facilitates the publication of conference proceedings or other scholarly outputs, the applicable open-access status, copyright terms, and licensing conditions will be clearly communicated and displayed with the relevant publication.

Authors retain appropriate rights to their work subject to the applicable publication and licensing terms. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any copyrighted or third-party material included in their work.

Where scholarly outputs are published by independent journals, partner publishers, or external publication venues, their respective open-access, copyright, licensing, and publication policies apply.

UF-AALR promotes open access while respecting copyright, intellectual property rights, research integrity, author rights, and applicable legal and institutional requirements.
