Overview
UF-AALR supports conference proceedings and scholarly publication pathways and may communicate publication opportunities associated with its academic activities. Publication decisions made by independent journals or publishers remain solely with the respective publication venue.
UF-AALR’s Role
UF-AALR focuses on conferences, scholarly events, research development, capacity building, conference proceedings, academic networking, and international collaboration.
Independent Journal Publication
Where publication opportunities are available through United Frontiers Publisher (UFP) or other independent journals or publishers, manuscripts remain subject to the respective venue’s scope, author guidelines, ethical requirements, peer-review process, fees where applicable, and independent editorial decisions.
Scopus & Web of Science
Selected papers may be invited or referred for consideration by suitable journals indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science, where such opportunities are available. Such opportunities do not guarantee acceptance, publication, or continued indexing.
Conference Acceptance & Journal Publication
Acceptance of an abstract or conference paper, presentation at an event, inclusion in proceedings, receipt of an award, recommendation, referral, registration, or payment does not constitute or guarantee acceptance by an independent journal or publisher.
Fees, Timelines & Indexing
Conference fees and external journal publication charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise in official conference information. UF-AALR does not guarantee an independent journal’s review duration, publication date, citation performance, or future indexing status. Authors should verify current indexing directly through the relevant indexing database.
Proceedings & Identifiers
Proceedings arrangements and publication requirements will be communicated for the relevant conference. Where applicable, proceedings volumes may receive an ISBN, and individual published contributions may receive DOIs or other persistent identifiers. ISBNs, DOIs, and similar identifiers are not evidence of indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, or other bibliographic databases.
